Processing / Delivery Time

Please allow 1-3 days for Processing Jewelry orders and 8-15 days Delivery with all Domestic orders.  We ship with UPS tracking to ensure prompt, efficient service. Customers should note that they are responsible for any brokerage fees and custom charges should any occur. 

In very rare occasions delivery time may take longer than the standard time.  Most of the delays are caused by Customs which we can't control.   We seek your patience should this happen.  

Packaging

Your purchase will be packaged carefully and securely with a standard padded postal envelope.   Other than our gift boxes there is no gift wrapping or special packaging available as it allows us to pass on the savings directly back to our customers.
